The building covers an area of 11,412 m2. It consists of 80 apartments with a surface area of 36m2 to 158m2, 8 business premises with a total area of about 760m2, as well as a well-organized and spacious underground garage with 75 parking spaces on one level. In the courtyard part of the building there is an atrium with a park zone and an open view of the Morača river and the Gorica hill.

Residential units

The residential units of the VEZIR residential and commercial building are equipped with the highest quality materials in natural tones. Carefully selected ceramics of top quality and design, sanitary ware, floors, colors of wall surfaces, external and internal locks are part of the interior of each apartment. The specifics of the living space are reflected in the large wall openings measuring 2.2mx 2.2m, which house windows with low emissivity glass that does not let in heat, but only light.
