Very pleasant one-bedroom apartment – City Key Podgorica

City Quay is a new location where construction is in expansion. The concept of this location is that they want to demolish the unfortunately established practices of construction without greenery and space for play and rest. I’m not sure if they succeeded in that, but progress has certainly been made. The good thing is that there is enough parking and that the location itself, without the interference of the builder, is green.

The fresh air that comes from the mountains along the Morača river bed is certainly what will make you happy. Then the area around the pedestrian bridge is green and nice for children to stay and play . The buildings are far enough from each other , the entrances are standard and neat, and the novelty is the large fire doors that separate the entrance hall and staircase from the hallway with the apartments. That is commendable, because considering that it is a multi-story building, those situations should also be anticipated.

Interior of the apartment

Right from the door, what we always emphasize is the most important, and that is the impression you have when you first enter the apartment, is a positive one. Think about it, I would enjoy it here and could stay for a long time without being uncomfortable. The apartment is 47 m2 , which is just the right ratio of living space and what you will pay for it.

Soothing tones of mahogany parquet , wooden furniture, kitchen that leans rustic but at the same time modern, make this space even more desirable. Each piece of furniture is carefully selected and stylish. Things are not crowded , and every detail is there to make this space pleasant but functional at the same time.

The apartment is air-conditioned, fully equipped with appliances, so you can find a dishwasher, a washing machine and some small household appliances.

The balcony also amazed us. We expected, considering that it faces the street, that there would be noise, or a little discomfort due to the view, but the architect solved it brilliantly. Namely, the walls of the balcony are higher than standard, somehow deeper, so that gives you a beautiful view and intimacy at the same time.
