Location

Directly next to the Riva, the Pine promenade in Tivat, there is this functional three-room apartment. The location of the apartment is simply perfect. It is located along the promenade, facing west on one side and east on the other. From one of the balconies you can see the sea, which is only 50m from the apartment. Cultural centers, galleries, bars and the Porto Montenegro neighborhood are within easy reach.

Apartment structure

According to the structure, the apartment has three rooms. In addition to these spacious enough 3 rooms, the apartment has a bathroom that has just been renovated, as well as a toilet. The living room and the dining room share space, and next to it there is a functional kitchen. There are also two balconies facing opposite sides of the world: east and west. The apartment is nicely sunny, although if necessary you can lower the awning on the balcony.

The apartment has a secured parking space, which is very important for the center of Tivat itself. On cold days, it is heated by means of an air conditioner (two are installed).

The monthly rent is 500 euros, which we consider a fair price considering everything this apartment offers.
