The apartment is located in a building on Serdar Jola Piletić Boulevard. It is a 5-minute walk from the Faculty of Economics and Law, and a 10-minute walk from the city center. There is a Voli market in the building next to it, a bakery and a pharmacy are also nearby. The building has an elevator, and the entrance is immaculate, recently painted, and regularly maintained.

Interior and design

The apartment is 48m2, very spacious and sunny. The living room is comfortable, with large balcony doors and windows, corner furniture and air conditioning. The kitchen is separated by a bar, which is used as a dining area and on which there is a small folding table as well as additional dining chairs. The kitchen is in light tones, with all the necessary appliances. Between the kitchen and the living room there are 3 smaller windows. The bedroom is also comfortable and spacious, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk. It also has an air conditioner, but there is no exit to the terrace, only a French balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and there is plenty of storage space. There is a built-in closet in the hallway. The apartment has a balcony that faces the boulevard and has a nice view. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.

Note: the large white table in the photos in the living room will be moved out of the apartment, and the TV and TV cabinet in the bedroom will be moved to the living room.
