New house on a property of over 3000m2 for sale – Ćurilac

The house and property are located in the town of Ćurilac, 2 km before Danilovgrad (seen from the direction of Podgorica) and is located exactly between the new boulevard, from which it is 400m2 and the road Podgorica – Spuž – Danilovgrad, from which it is 300m away. Danilovgrad can be reached in less than 3 minutes by car, while Podgorica is a maximum of 15 minutes by car (to the Delta). The property opens onto an asphalt road and has all connections for water, electricity, internet and telephone.

From the interior works, it remains to lay a floor on some 60m2, switches, sockets and an electricity meter. Final plastering (not plastered) and interior doors are necessary.
