Behind the arrangement of the apartment stands the signature of the famous architect Ana Uskoković, who is better known for her participation in the team of architects who designed “Delta City” in Podgorica.

It is one of the most successful architectural projects in the city. The harmony of colors, shapes and arrangement of elements form a relaxed whole. Red details and pieces of furniture give liveliness, and darker tones invite rest. Lots of light comes in through multiple window openings. In order to obtain this provocative and at the same time casual space, very valuable and high-quality materials were used. So you can notice the Brazilian walnut parquet, the kitchen, which is made by hand from the highest quality material, and there are also branded kitchen elements.

The space is dominated by a hand-made bar made of pure amber, with stylish swivel bar stools, which are also very comfortable. The bar can be used for preparing food and drinks as well as for dining.

Dropped ceilings with indirect lighting and energy-saving halogen bulbs add to the relaxation. Stained glass that is beautifully integrated on the ceiling decorates the room. Special attention was paid to the painter, so that complete creativity was expressed there as well.

In the second part of the apartment there are two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. All rooms are furnished, except for one room which is currently a study.

Some things, such as the kitchen elements, have never been used, and for the rest we can say that they are perfectly preserved. The equipment includes a large 24″ Fujitsu brand air conditioner, a complete kitchen, American closets, a hydromassage shower cabin, etc. The apartment is fully equipped and is being sold as such.
