The hostel is located in Radanovići, just 100m from the Adriatic highway. The location of the hostel is at the crossroads between the Budva Riviera and the Boka-Kotorska Bay . The proximity of Porto Montenegro in Tivat, the airport as well as Luštica Bay represent good prospects for the profitability and attractiveness of this facility.

Budva is a very attractive location because it is considered the city that offers the best nightlife. In Budva, there is the Old Town, which is also called the city of Cadmus and Harmony, which dates back to the Roman era. The interior

The hostel has 750m2. It consists of a ground floor and two floors. On each level there are two large bathrooms with toilets, separate for ladies and gentlemen. . On the ground floor there is a mini kitchen for preparing breakfast. Also, within the hostel there is a laundry room where two washing machines can be placed for washing and drying clothes. On the ground floor there is a large living room for rest and entertainment, where several televisions are provided, as well as a small reception.

Up to 100 guests can be accommodated at the same time. Complete infrastructure is provided. All rooms are air-conditioned . Two large boilers are provided on each floor. The hostel has exceptional rental potential given the location.

It is located near major tourist centers in Montenegro. Accommodation in this part is much cheaper compared to other cities in Montenegro. The hostel is in the final stage. He can be ready for the upcoming season. Most of the equipment is already in the building .
